These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at 999wc.cam (the "Platform"), operated by 999wc ("we", "us" or "our"). The Platform is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment resource targeting Pakistani users.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of these conduct obligations and to take appropriate action, including suspension of access, reporting to relevant authorities, or pursuing legal remedies.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, betting analysis, casino game descriptions, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999wc or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its Content.
• Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions or prices for derivative commercial purposes.
• Any use of data mining, robots or similar data-gathering or extraction tools.
• Downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of any third party.

The 999wc name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of 999wc. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use constitutes trademark infringement and may give rise to legal liability.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999wc expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that Content is accurate, complete, up to date, reliable or free from error.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 999wc, its directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any linked Gambling Services.
• Any financial loss incurred through gambling activities described or referenced on the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or communications.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of PKR 1,000 or the amount, if any, paid by you to access the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination of access does not relieve you of any obligations that accrued prior to termination, including any liability for breach of these Terms. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Disclaimers & Liability), 14 (Governing Law) and all other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply following any termination of your access.

999wc reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, Platform functionality, editorial policy or business practice. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

We will not provide individual notice of amendments to each user. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it each time you visit the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 999wc is registered and operates. To the extent permissible, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
